Ensure your Site is Accessible to a Billion People

Reading an article on Location Independent this morning, it occurred to me that with the proposed firewall in China, the Green Dam Youth Escort, your site and all your hard work could be barred from the next Super Power State, preventing access to a potential audience of over a billion people.
