I like the book Freakonomics and the blog of the same name which relates everyday stuff into economic and marketing principles. On the same topic, I’ve read couple of good posts recently which apply marketing principles to everyday life. The best two of these posts focus on fairground workers (Carnies) and little girls selling lemonade. They make so much sense because they give good advice, and relate this advice so it is easy to follow.
